【5/17（金）11:30～】おでかけサロンのお知らせ/ Going-out Salon May Schedule

今月は「お散歩サロン」です。

予定コース👉レガシー集合⇒明治公園（お昼休憩）⇒いちょう並木⇒青山通り（解散）
途中で休憩を挟みつつ、新緑の中を合計で1時間程度お散歩の予定です。
雨天時はレガシー館内で「おでかけサロンの行先を考える、ゆる会議」をします。企画段階から関われるチャンスです！

《イベント概要》
✅日時：5/17（金）11:30～２時間程度（開場：11:20）
※雨天時：13:00～15:00
✅集合：プライドハウス東京レガシー
✅定員：10人（要予約・先着順）
✅費用：無料（飲食費は自己負担）
✅持ち物：歩きやすい靴＆服装、タオルやハンカチ、飲み物、お弁当やお菓子（食べる場合）
※明治公園でお昼休憩をとりますが、昼食は強制ではありません。お昼を食べる人は持参しても、途中で買ってもOKです。

毎月の予定はレガシーのHPやSNS、レガシー館内の掲示をご覧ください。
💖「レガシーサロン」は厚生労働省自殺防止対策事業の一環として行っています。

We will have “Walking Salon” this month. We will take a leisurely walk for about an hour, with breaks along the way.
In the event of rain, we will hold a casual meeting at Pride House Tokyo Legacy to discuss and plan for the next Going-out Salon. Feel free to join us and share your ideas!

*We will take a lunch break at Meiji Park, but lunch is not mandatory. If you’d like to eat, you can bring your own lunch or purchase something along the way—it’s up to you!

《What is Legacy Salon?》

At Pride House Tokyo Legacy, we hold the “Legacy Salon” once a week. You can create things, playing games, talk with our staff, try interacting with someone, and try everything. The Legacy Salon is a “place” where you can be yourself. We announce our monthly schedule on the bulletin board inside the facility and through our social media, so please be sure to check it out.

💖The “Legacy Salon” is conducted as part of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s suicide prevention measures.
