I started really thinking about LGBTQ+ issues when I became in charge of promoting Diversity & Inclusion at the company I work for.

I thought I had a little knowledge of LGBTQ+, but at the Ally Athlete Training, I was able to gain new knowledge and awareness from the stories of those involved, and it became a good opportunity to reconsider what it means to create a society where everyone can feel comfortable.
Sports is a wonderful thing where people of all genders, disabilities, and different backgrounds can enjoy together.
From now on as an Ally Athlete, I would like to start by working on what I can do.
