オンラインのラップアラウンド・サポートについて/ Remote Wraparound Support Sessions
ラップアラウンド・サポートがオンラインでも受けられるようになりました。
（対象：日本に住んでいる24歳以下のLGBTQ+やそうかもしれないと感じている子どもやユース）

We are now offering remote Wraparound Support sessions for LGBTQ+ children and youth under the age of 25 who live in Japan.

オンラインセッションのやり方
Zoomのミーティングシステムを使います。
Zoomはパソコン、スマートフォン、タブレットから入ることができます。詳しくは『Zoom Mettings 入門』をご覧ください。

オンラインでのラップアラウンド・サポートを受けるにあたって
- 落ち着いてお話できるところから入ってください
- ・屋外からが良い場合はそれでも大丈夫です。ただ、イヤホンをして歩きながらだと事故の可能性があるような場所は避けてください。
- 他の人が話を聞くことのできるような状況は避けてください。
- ・例：すぐ近くに他の人がいて声が聞こえてしまう場所（部屋やカフェ、街頭など）、イヤホンをせずスピーカーになっている等
- 基本的にはサポート・スタッフと一対一でお話します。
- ・一対一以外を希望する場合は、予約申し込み後のメールのやりとりの中でご相談
ください。

- 録画、録音、スクリーンショット等の撮影は絶対にしないでください。
- 突然電波が途切れてしまった際の安否確認のために電話番号を最初にお聞きします。
Please read before booking your Wraparound Support session:
- Please join your session from an environment that allows you to have a private conversation. For example, please avoid places where others can easily hear the session, such as in a room with someone else’s presence, a cafe, or on the busy street, and please do use your headphones or earbuds.
- ・If you choose to join the session outdoors, please avoid places that are unsafe to walk around with your headphones or earbuds on.
- Generally, you and the Wraparound Support staff are expected to meet individually.
- ・If you would like to invite someone else to your session, please let us know by replying to the appointment confirmation email we send you.
- Generally, you and the Wraparound Support staff are expected to meet with the camera on.
- ・If there are circumstances that prevent you from turning your camera on, please let us know by replying to the appointment confirmation email we send you.
- Under no circumstances, you are permitted to record or take screenshots of the sessions.
- At the beginning of the session, we will ask your phone number to confirm your safety in case of sudden and unexpected internet disconnection.
予約方法
予約フォームに記入するか、レガシーに来館してスタッフに伝えることで予約ができます。
• フォームから予約をする場合は、スタッフがすぐに予約申し込みを確認できないことがあるので、当日の予約はできません。
• 予約申し込みは、予約したい日の前日午後６時半までにお願いします。
Booking a remote session:
You can book a session by filling the Wraparound Support Session Booking Form, or by speaking with staff in-person when you visit the Legacy.
• Please note that we are unable to accept the same-day-appointment when receiving a request through the booking form, as staff might not be able to check and respond to your request immediately.
• At the latest, please submit the form or speak with staff by 6:30pm on the day before the day you want to make an appointment.

1.フォームに記入
2.フォームに記入したメールアドレスにメールが届く
3.メールでやりとりして日時が決定
4.オンラインで話す準備（当日使う場所や、使うデバイスや会議システム等を事前に確認しておくとスムーズです）
＜当日の流れ＞
1.事前にメールで届くリンクからオンライン会議室に入る
2.ラップアラウンド・サポートについての説明を聞く
3.ラップアラウンド・サポートスタート
4.また受けたい時は次回の予約もできます
Process after making an appointment and on the day of the appointment
Process after making an appointment when using a form (for those who made an appointment in-person, please move to step 4)
1. Fill out the Wraparound Support Session Booking Form
2. Receive an email from the Wraparound Support team
3. Confirm the date and time of the appointment through email
4. Prepare for your remote session (e.g. identify a safe and comfortable place to have a session; choose a device to use, etc.)
Process on the day of the appointment
1. Enter the Webex Meeting session through the link sent by email
2. Support Staff will greet you and give an overview of the Wraparound Support
3. Have a Wraparound Support session
4. Make an appointment for the next session if you would like
