【プライドハウス東京レガシー】感染症予防対策について/Pride Houe Tokyo Legacy COVID-19 Response

プライドハウス東京レガシーでは、来館者のみなさま、勤務するスタッフの感染予防に継続して取り組んでおります。具体的に、以下の対策を講じております。

プライドハウス東京レガシーの感染対策

①施設に関する対策
・自動体温計測機を入口２カ所に、手指消毒用のアルコールを館内複数箇所に設置しております。
・館内には窓があります。入口２カ所の扉を開け、30分に1回、5分ほど換気をしております。
・館内に設置されているエアコンは換気にも対応しております。
・館内のテーブルには、飛沫拡散防止のパーテーションを設置しております。
・設置されているテーブルは、来館者の方がお使いになった後にアルコール消毒をしております。またテーブルのご利用がなくても、開館中、2時間に1回アルコール消毒をしております。
・開館前には館内の清掃と消毒を必ず行っております。
・手洗いのできるトイレが2カ所、洗面台が1カ所ございます。手指消毒用のアルコールを設置しております。

②来館者に関する対策
・全ての来館者の方に、検温と正しいマスクの装着をお願いしております。また手指アルコール消毒もお願いしております。
※なお、基礎疾患などによりマスク着用を免除されている方、感覚及び知覚過敏などにより正しくマスクを着用できない方は、スタッフにお声掛け下さい。
・5名以上のグループでのご来館は、ご遠慮いただきますようお願いします。
・適切なソーシャル・ディスタンスを保つために、館内が混み合っているときは入館をお待ちいただいたり、時間をずらしていただいたりする場合もあります。
・館内で密になりやすい場所にはスタッフを配置し、距離を保つようにお声がけをしております（LGBTQアーカイブコーナーなど）。

③スタッフに関する対策
・勤務するスタッフは、当日に検温と体調確認を行っております。またマスクの着用をしております。
・スタッフ同士も密にならないように、個室やワークスペースを活用しながら、適切な距離を取って活動しております。
・緊急事態宣言の発令など、社会的な動向を確認しながら、勤務体制の調整を行っております。今回の緊急事態宣言を受けて、館内のスタッフの人数を通常のおよそ半分に減らしております。また、対面でのミーティングの回数を減らし、オンラインを活用するなど、テレワーク勤務も導入しております。

For the safety of visitors and staff members, Pride House Legacy Tokyo has placed the following preventive measures against COVID-19:

Pride Houe Tokyo Legacy COVID-19 Response

1.Facility
・A handsfree, no-contact, automatic thermometer is placed at the entrance.
・Several alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed throughout the facility.
・The windows are opened every half an hour for approximately five minutes for ventilation purposes.
・Our heater/air conditioner also functions as ventilation.
・Partition screens are placed on the tables to protect against respiratory droplet transmission between visitors.
・The tables are sanitized with rubbing alcohol every two hours, as well as after each use.
・Cleaning and sanitizing of the whole facility are completed prior to the visitor hours every day.
・There are two bathrooms where you can wash your hands, and one additional basin stands for handwashing. Hand sanitizers are available at these spots as well.

2.Visitors
・We ask all visitors to please take their temperature and use the hand sanitizers upon arrival.
・We ask all visitors at the center to have their face masks on properly. If you have any underlying medical conditions exempting you from being able to wear a mask please consult center staff first.
・We ask that groups larger than five people refrain from visiting the center.
・In order to maintain appropriate social distance, we may ask visitors to wait before entering the center, or come back later if the center is crowded.
・Please note that staff will issue reminders to visitors who forget to maintain their social distance with each other, especially around the library space where crowding tends to occur.

3.Staff
・All staff members are required to take their temperature and to report on their health condition before reporting to work.  
・All staff members are required to wear face masks at all times while working at the center.
・All staff members are required to maintain social distance among each other spreading out across different office rooms and meeting rooms accordingly.
・Staff work schedules and personnel arrangements are adjusted according to the current socially acceptable measures in place to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, such as with the declaration of a state of emergency. Currently, we have reduced the number of staff working onsite to approximately half the number of our usual size and have shifted to telework where possible, such as having staff meetings remotely.
