「プライドハウス東京 2020」では、ボランティアとして一緒にプライドハウス東京を作り、盛り上げてくださるボランティアスタッフを募集します。

そこで、「プライドハウス東京 2020」でのボランティア参加希望者に向けたボランティア説明会を開催しますので、ご案内差し上げます。

【プライドハウス東京 2020 ボランティア概要】

＜プライドハウス東京 2020＞
◆開催日程：2020年4月中旬から9月下旬の約５ヶ月間（予定）
◆場所：新宿マルイ　アネックス（東京都新宿区新宿3-1-26 1階）

◆活動内容（予定）：
・来場者へのプライドハウス東京の紹介、来場者との交流
・プライドハウス東京内のコーナー、グッズの紹介 -寄付のご紹介
・施設の整理整頓、イベント等のサポートなど
※その他の業務をお願いする場合もあります。

◆活動時間：1日当たり5時間程度
以下シフトでの活動を想定しております。

＜平日＞
Aシフト10:45~15:30(12:45~13:30休憩)
Bシフト15:30~21:00(17:30~18:15休憩)

＜休日・祝日＞
Aシフト10:45~15:30(12:45~13:30休憩)
Bシフト14:30~20:30 (17:30~18:15休憩）
※休憩時間は日程により変動する可能性がございます。

◆ご応募に当たって 参加条件・注意事項
1.プライドハウス東京の活動に賛同いただき、ともにプライドハウス東京を熱意を持って盛り上げていただける方。
2.定める注意事項や連絡事項を守り、活動していただける方。
3.15歳以上の方。（20歳以下の方は保護者の同意書が必要）
4.オープン期間中、合計5回以上ご参加いただける方。

※ご応募いただく場合、ボランティア説明会へのご参加をお願いしております。
※ボランティアへのご参加に際しては、お名前・住所等の基本事項や、ボランティア参加規約等の同意、ご記入をお願いしております。

◆その他
国内外から多くの方々がいらっしゃいますので、人と楽しく会話するのが好きな方、ボランティア経験をお持ちの方はぜひご参加いただけたら嬉しいです。 英語などの外国語や、手話等のスキルなども活かしていただけます。

※こちらの日程④の説明会のみ、東京レインボープライドのボランティア説明会の中で、プライドハウス東京のボランティア説明会も行います。両方でのボランティアをお考えの方は、ぜひこちらの説明会にご参加ください。こちらの説明会後には、交流会も企画されております。 交流会への参加は任意となりますが、ボランティア参加にあたり気になることがございましたら、ぜひご参加くださいませ。

④2/29の説明会につきましては、東京レインボープライドと合同でボランティア説明会を開催する予定でしたが、今般の国内における新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況を鑑み、検討の結果、東京レインボープライドとは別に、参加お申込いただいた方へ、時間をずらし17時よりオンラインにて説明会を行うことになりました。

[What it entails]

<Pride House Tokyo 2020>
◆ Period: About 5 months from mid-April to late September 2020 (precise dates are still TBC)
◆ Location: Shinjuku Marui @ Annex (1F, 3-1-26 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)
◆ Planned volunteer work involves but is not limited to:
・ Introducing Pride House Tokyo to visitors, interacting with visitors
・ Guide for the various LGBTQ projects and promotion of Pride House Tokyo goods and donation methods.
・ Organizing and support for pop up events at the Pride House Tokyo 2020 and possibly other locations.

◆Volunteer hours: About 5 hours per day (in either of the following shifts:)
<Weekdays>
A shift 10: 45-15: 30 (break 12: 45-13: 30)
B shift 15: 30 ~ 21: 00 (17: 30 ~ 18: 15 break)

<Holiday / Holiday>
A shift 10: 45-15: 30 (break 12: 45-13: 30)
B shift 14: 30 ~ 20: 30 (17: 30 ~ 18: 15 break)
* Break times may vary depending on planned events

◆ Conditions and restrictions of application
1. We want enthusiastic supporters of the activities of Pride House Tokyo and only people with understanding or at least an interest in the LGBTQ community
2. Those who are willing to following the rules and regulations of the premise
3. Those who are 15-years-old and over. (if you are under the age of 20, you will need a parental consent form)
4. Those who can participate at least more than 5 times during the five months Pride House Tokyo is open. (Does not need to be consecutive)

* There will be a volunteer training session we would urge all to attend if you apply
* We will need to ask you for your basic details such as your name, address and contacts and will sign you up for volunteer insurance.

◆ Other
As we expect a diverse crowd of people including many from overseas to visit the Pride House Tokyo, we encourage anyone who is good at talking to strangers, has foreign language skills, or knows sign language to apply. This is not a strict requirement but only very welcome. For non-Japanese volunteers, a basic Japanese language is necessary if you apply by yourself. However we are willing to accept volunteers that come together with a bilingual friend/partner that can help them out with Japanese visitors.
