“Ally” is a word that refers to an alliance or an ally.
Allies are the collective term for people who act together as allies for LGBTQ+ people,
and LGBTQ+ people can also become allies themselves. Ally athletes are athletes,
who work together to take action that impacts society from the sports world.
Pride House Tokyo will increase the number of ally athletes by providing
basic knowledge about “LGBTQ+ and sports,”
dialogue with LGBTQ+ athletes, and media training opportunities.
